SeeMyFeet, I am sorry it's being rough. Just try to picture the end game. Focus on the long term (I know it SUCKS it has to take so long) benefits. You have done SO great thus far! Also, to answer your question.... Valentines? Hahaha Love is in the air... And when there is none there is chocolate ... and even when there is there is chocolate!!

upandaway42, it's probably mostly water/bloating. I am sure those pounds won't stick around! Positive mind! If you have too many cravings try warm drinks (tea/coffe/milk) they usually help me. Also, try and have something sweet every now and then. I find it harder to deprive myself completely than to eat a chocolate every now and then. I had 2 kisses today

I finally shed the ovulation related weight (fingers crossed, it's not there tomorrow). Hopefully the scale will keep moving down!

Hey chicks!

I took a holiday break and gained 20 lbs. Blah. But hey, as of today I am back to 214, WOOT! I've actually lost more inches this time around. Which is weird, but whatev's. I'll take it!

equinechick61, slowly and surely? It has been pretty slow for me as well.

I was on a roll last week, this one seems to be going way slower... 206.8 this morning.

209! Well 207.8 this morning but it's not my official weigh in day

Great job squeaky! Keep at it.
I think onderland is such a major goal for so many of us. I have not been there for over 10 years so for me for a goal I am retaking riding lessons. I have two wonderful horses which my daughter and friends ride. My goal is to get on my mare and start riding again.
Forgot to post weight down a smidge to 204.6😁

I feel like the inch worm. Weight is 204.0. As long as it is going downward. It's getting close. My goal is by the end of feburary to be on the next thread.
