07 - no weigh in, very little sleep,no exercise and a bit over my calories, giving myself a break for today only.
08 - 230.6 I'm officially 71 lbs. as of today *Thank you God*!
09 - 230.4 I seem to be losing in .2 increments. Lol
10 - 230 lbs.! Lowest yet, so funny I stepped on the scale and I briefly saw 22? Flash but it stopped on 230 haha, I'll get it next time!
11 - 230.2 either it's PMS time, or my body is saying "Work for this!" lol, because I just so thought I'd lose about .2-.4 overnight and be in the 220's but not yet, instead I gained .2 lb. which is ok because I know I've worked hard and will continue to, so it will show in the end. On the road to the 220's I go!
12 - 232.8 (wearing my pajamas but they weigh less than a pound!) PMS weight gain, I've been eating properly (seriously ) but gaining weight and it is about that time when my body freaks out. I will say I didn't work out last night though due to a power outage.
13 - 230.6 lbs. (down from yesterday, but up from my lowest of 230 flat, I'm going to keep working hard for those 220's, I'm so close I can taste it )

18 - 227.2 new low and just .6 from being 75 lbs. Lower than my 2/13/14 start weight of 301.6!
19 - 226.6 lbs. Omigosh, 75 lbs. Down today woohoo! Thank you God! Fought a binge last night, when the urge hit I ate a couple of olives, some carrot sticks and drank a couple of Zevia sodas not great but I'm glad to say I made it through the night without regret.
20 - 227.2 up .6 still waiting on my monthly visitor lol, hoping to be at least a lb down by Sunday.
21 - 227.2 after last night I'm grateful, I overate big time, not a binge but nearly 2300 calories without exercise. The binge feelings were there but I fought them so yay me lol. <3
22 - 227 -.2 (still .4 up from my lowest, waiting on my TOM, and overate yesterday *ack* lol, still blessed)
23 - 226.6 ( back down to my lowest)
24 - 226.6 ETA - binged tonight, no weigh ins for the next 3 days I think...

26 - 228.6 = 2 lbs. up, I binged on the 24th so it isn't unexpected. 28.8 lbs to Onederland!
27 - 229.2 = .6 from yesterday & 2.6 from my lowest weight, I had a mini binge last night, depressed over my TOM being severely late (it makes me a hormonal wreck before it arrives) and my ex and I had a nasty breakup recently, so I am fully admitting to self-medicating w/food last night. Not my proudest moment, but it is real, we have lots of adventures on this journey, good and bad, thankfully the good has far outweighed the bad. I won't let these setbacks defeat me, but I am admitting to struggling lately.
28 - 228.2 which is 1.6 higher than my lowest, my next goal is 220. I plan to stay on track today, I've been doing pretty ok, I think my TOM should be here within a day or 2 I'm starting to feel the symptoms. Also Major NSV for me, for one someone (non-related and in person ) finally acknowledged my weight loss at Sephora a few days ago. Also I bought a Juicy Couture Embellished Velour Hoodie from Kohl's for $18, it's gorgeous, and it actually fit me in a size XL and zipped up!! I could cry I am so happy. ETA TOM arrived today *yay* lol, only around 7-9 days late .
29 - 228 lbs. went to a party mostly ate fruit and a little chocolate fondue calories for the whole day over 2,500.
30 - 227 lbs the scale is being super kind thank God, one of my weight loss challenges end tomorrow. The goal was 228 but I'm hoping to beat that, so far I have let's hope today is a good day!
31 - 226.2 a new low for me! I'm officially 75.4 lbs down from my start weight 15 1/2 months ago. I can't wait for the new month's weigh in to begin!

It's been three very rough days of barely eating and barely sleeping, due to severe cramps. Starting Depo-Provera tomorrow, perhaps it will help with the pain.
So the fact that I haven't eaten much showed on the scale this morning, but I know it is not a true number.
LGW great job on making your April goal. You're very consistent in losing weight, that's great!
New lowest weight this morning, but as much as I would love to actually be at this weight right now, I know it's not real, for now.
Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. It is like Summer here today. Hoping that by tomorrow I'll be back to my normal self and will be able to enjoy the weather.

Aww thank you LGW! I'm loving Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home before this I never used a exercise video or regular program, but this is easy enough to do, but hard enough to work, if that makes sense. I am doing the 1 mile, and as of last night increased to 1 1/2 miles, hoping to match that tonight. My calories had been around 1800+ but a couple of nights ago I lowered them to 1470 to lose 1 1/2 lbs. per week. I'm .2 higher than my lowest which was 233, but if you knew the binge I had the other day (4/27) you'd know this is a gift for me. I have accepted bad days to be a part of this journey, just like traffic jams, or stormy days, but I am committed to making the good days far outnumber the bad days at least 8-9 out of every 10 days .
I've had a really crappy start to the month. And realized that I've gained about 10 lbs in the last month or so. This past week was out of control with food, and I mean OUT OF CONTROL. I feel disappointed with myself, but I'm okay. I just need to get back on track and get back into the groove of healthy eating.
I bowed out of a birthday party yesterday; was supposed to go with hubby and Peanut, but I chose to stay home. Instead I cleaned, had a decent workout, and I got myself some really good eating planned for today. I need to flush out all the crap.
