I've never done one of these, but I figure I'll give it a try! I've got two weddings and a birthday party this month, so there's no better time, really.

I am a little late to the party, but am here! I have gained far too much weight in the last year or two (or more...) It is time to get healthy!! I went to the gym yesterday and had my legs turn to jello after a short time on the elliptical machine...

I may not have regular postings here until I get to the point where my scale registers a number - it errors out on me now... I checked my current weight at the gym yesterday. The last number I saw on my scale was 304 so I should see a number soon!!

My challenge = to lose a stone in 6 weeks

Challenge Begin Weight: 13 stone 4 (30th december)
Challenge Goal Weight: 12 stone 4 (14th february)
Challenge End Weight:

Start Weight 30th december: 13stone 4
09.01.15 = 12 stone 13 - lost 5 pounds
16.01.15 = 12 stone 8.5 pounds - lost 4.5 pounds
23.01.15 = 12 stone 9 pounds - gained 0.5 pounds
30.01.15 = 12 stone 10 pounds - gained 1 pound

Currently 6 pounds away with 2 weeks to go!

Really bad week for me, I binged multiple times and gained around 7-8 lbs., I'm also interested in doing Weight Watchers along with Myfitnesspal to jazz things up. I'll report back before this week is up. Xoxo

Candidcamster It sucks how you can put 7-8 lbs on in one week or heck even one night, but then it comes off so dang slow. Just get back at it and do what you know is right, you can do it!

I'm joining this challenge. My goal is to loose 2 inches from my hips. This will be real work. My method : 1800 calories daily, no less than a liter of water and toning workout and when it warms up I will include walking. My daughter is my coach and she has been making sure I get the workouts done. So far I've been on track with everything.

Thank you so much @ Howie6267 for the encouraging words, I need that so much right now! I am doing better, I ate pretty good (take the ANY way you want lol, tasty food & lower calorie than I have been eating lately) I had 47 PP of my allotted 39 so I dipped into my 49 weekly points, and now have 41 of those remaining lol. I can't wait to weigh in next Saturday to see how I've done w/this new program (using it along with MFP).

I had a great on plan weekend!!! I did get all my workouts done even on yesterday before going to church!!!! That is big for me. Today is going to be a great day and I am determined to stay focused.

I wore a fleece jacket yesterday that used to be tight on my arms. Before last Tuesday it fit like a blood pressure cuff without a shirt but yesterday I was able to comfortably wear it with a long sleeved Tshirt. It was by no means loose but it was noticeably more comfortable. My husband told me he thinks by next week the pants I had on will have a lot more room in them. That made me feel good.
