FairyGaia: Congrats!! You are so close! So exciting.
I am hoping to hold on to the 2 teens at Monday's weigh in. Been going to a baseball tournament all week, and haven't made great choices all the time for food. I'm going to try to stay on track for the rest of the week to help salvage it all!
I have been STUCK all week with TOM and the most intense work schedule.... I am trying not to be down in the dumps about it, but I have a terror of it all going backwards. Cross your fingers for me weighing tomorrow, all!
EDIT: woke up and weighed already.....200 on the nose! The universe laughs at me.

Bramble fox: That's true -remember I had a week of no loss last weigh in day & then 5 pounds the next. 2 0r 3 x in my journey I've only lost one & then a big loss -even 7 pounds once!
Thanks for the cheers everyone. It's so nice to have a place to brag to that understands how big a deal each loss is. I don't know if I posted this here-but for those of you that have problems regaining & want to know why Run, Don't walk ( Ok you probably will let your fingers do the walking ) and get Jon Gabriel's "The Gabriel Method. I just finished it Friday night. I'm not on his plan per say ( though I see a lot of what I do he recommends ( he lost 226 pounds & kept if off many years now) But he totally explains scientific reasons we have trouble losing & maintaining and has tips on things to do to combat that. Be sure read all way thru-esp. if you count Calories. The best stuff is strewn thru out stick with it. You won't regret it I promise.
Just dropping bye to say hi and encourage you to keep it up. It's lonely in the 190's I need some company.I am thrilled to be here. I worked so long to get here, that I'm resting a bit ( not food- exercise wise) but scale wise. I've decided to only weigh once a month for a while. I stressed way too much over getting into onederland. 100 pounds down was thrilling for a few days, but still have 70 pounds minimum to go And am still obese. Have to get to 155 to no longer be obese. Hate being so short! The loss just doesn't show to most people.
FairyGaia - You can stay with us just to provide the inspiration!
Bramblefox - You'll be the next to move down, I'm sure!
VickieLou - And you are so close, too!!!!!
I'm actually back in the 2 teens after taking a little detour back up to 220. I had quite the whoosh this week, so I think that keeps me locked in the 2 teens now. I am in a challenge right now, so I'll continue to hit it hard. I realized that I'm only about 3 pounds away from what I weighed when I was married (28 years ago). That makes me happy! I wasn't a skinny bride at all, but it still feels good to see that number again. Then, onward to get out of the 2's!!
