And 218 yesterday morning. Wow, that was 4 lbs down last week. It's funny how it goes in spurts. I lose nothing for a week and then, bam, 4 lbs down LOL.

so I have been yo-yoing all over the place the past week. I went upto 215 and now I am at a steady 214 for the past two days. All hormones (TOM) waiting for the post-TOM whoosh to happen. Eating clean and moving more than I did last month so hoping to see results this month!

ooh daily weighing is a nightmare when it does that. Hold faith keep eating well and you'll steady again.

I'm jumping on over.. I have been running this site on my home scale as joined the daily challenges etc but trying to move away from daily weighing.. so Using my sliming world weigh in as my 'weight' I'm 217 as of last night so here I am.. ready to move down. I'll update weekly on a Tuesday what my weight is.

Fingers x'd I'm down in that onderland by or around xmas time would be amazing. I have a few tricky hurdles before then, 2 of my childrens birthdays and Halloween too.. then xmas! lol

Grats PurpleJ!

I'm eating true to my plan, but having some water issues. I did this last month so I'm not too concerned. As is though, I'm not expecting any major loss for the next two weeks. It'll come off though! I figure I'll be seeing 218/219 for a bit but hey, better than last weeks 220's!

Absolutely progress can be slow at times but in the long run you're getting to where you want to be.

I had a non scale victory today.. tried on a pair of work trousers that were too small when issued them... they fitted lovely! Was a lovely reminder I'm shrinking! I had no chance of getting them anywhere near done up when I got them in May.

216 on the dot today! YAY! Water retention is starting to let up some.

I've also lost another inch on my waist (which goes to show the scale can kiss it's own booty LOL). So down from 46 inch waist to 42 on the money now. All my new dresses I bought, fit and one even has room to spare now. Tummy is shrinking, slowly but surely I've had to buy two pairs of trousers for work too! (Why us American use the word pants, I'll never know LOL)

Grats on the smaller trousers fitting! I've been MIA lately due to work, but things are slowing down now.

Hi well done on the loss and inches too

I must redo my measurements. I weigh in tonight with slimming world so will update weight later, am on track though and have started the couch to 5k running plan with a view to training over winter when weather prevents me riding my horse most of the time.

Oh horseback riding..... It's my mini reward when I hit 190 Co-worker does beach rides on the weekends and I can't wait. I love horses.

213.8 on Sunday, which was a total shocker. I may actually see 210 this weekend.... Not going to make Onderlanad by my vacay, but if I don't go nuts on vacation I may just see it by Halloween.

Hope you have a lovely holiday Ficklehearts are you going anywhere nice?

Hullo! Going to stick my nose in here, weighed in at 219 yesterday (well 218.9 to be exact lol) so it looks like I'm finally out of the 220s aka the longest decade ever! I officially weigh in once a week but do tend to jump on the scale a couple of times. My best friends wedding is in a couple of weeks so going hard at the moment!

Excited to share the journey to onderland with you

Welcome MissLoud and grats on getting here!

I am going to Universal Studios for Halloween Horror Nights. It's just a mini vacation, but I'm really excited. And yeah, my coworker says I could ride now if I wanted, but it's sort of my reward for making it under 200. One that is a long way coming...

213.6 6 this morning, but I'm going to wait till Saturday to log it. I'm hoping for a good loss this week and so far it's heading in the right direction!

I wish Halloween was a big thing in New Zealand, looks fun! Love getting dressed up.
No change on the scales today which is surprising as I ate like a crazy person yesterday

Went and watched a midnight showing of Rocky Horror Friday night, had an early breakfast on Saturday, and have completely messed up weigh in for this weekend. Down to 212 on Sunday though. I'll take it!

I never dress up for Halloween. I've always been fat and too self conscious. Not going to make it this year either, but that's okay. We'll have fun regardless and can't dress up in the park anyhow.

Halloween is my hubby's favorite holiday. To me it's more for kids, but it is fun being crazy for one night. Universal, imo, does the best Halloween amusement park theme. A little more adult and honestly sometimes terrifying. They don't let kids under 12 in for HHN.

And they have a Walking Dead themed area. YAY!
