Finally back down to 254!!! I saw that number a few weeks ago and thank Goodness it's back there and NOT going up! My last goal for March is to see 249 by April 1st
I'm up to 255, but between TOM, muscle swelling and lack of water, I'm not all that worried, I am STILL pushing to see 249 on April 1st, that's 6 days away. You know what the say: aim for the stars and your at least fall in the clouds!
I saw 252 and 253 this morning...but then I also saw 255 -_-
I don't care, I haven't seen 252 since LAST YEAR!!!!! That was the extra kick in motivation pants that I needed. I have a day healthy meals and snacks planned and then I Zumba!
256 today. Slooooowly working my way back down. I've cut way back on snacking, and I'm going to amp up my exercise in April
I just joined LA Fitness last week, so I'm going to be able to add a lot more variety to my workouts, including swimming!
I see I'm not the only one waiting (well, for me, begging) for a post-TOM woosh lol
I keep seeing 253 and 255 on the scale...so nervous! Today is a break day from exercising, so I am hoping with lots of water, I lose some muscle swell and that TOM just goes away, so I can proudly say I am in the 240's for April!
I'm sticking to plan, but I really hate how TOM comes in and messes with hormones, emotions, cravings, weight fluctuations, and feeling too ill to exercise. Grrrr. I hope it is over soon and the scale settles back down...
