I'll start a post just in case, but I'm not sure if I am doing daily WI this month - I'm toying with the idea of a scale vacation. Right now, I'm feeling pretty good size-wise and all of a sudden fitting into a bunch of clothing in my closet that wasn't fitting. But I know I'm going to have a bad WI tomorrow because I've been dealing with a sick child the past couple of days and I'm going to get very little sleep tonight and I'm also not eating well due to stress and exhaustion.

So I'm thinking that rather than being discouraged by the numbers on the scale, I may be better off just working on staying on plan for the month and feeling encouraged by the way my clothes are fitting. Plus staying in the 2-teens is becoming a barrier thing for me, so I'm thinking that a month's scale break might hopefully get me down low enough into the teens to finally feel confident that I'm staying there!

(but if I decide to take the scale break, I reserve the right to change my mind, of course! lolol!)

The scale went up this morning...not nice! I am setting a goal of 7.6 lbs this month but I hope more.

my scale went up too! 257. ugh, going the wrong way and I even had a great weekend eating wise. I'm hoping for some kind of whoosh with TOM being over soon, gonna hit the water hard today.

Officially my starting weight for the month is 196. I only lost a pound in May. However, my weight is up today but I know if is because I was traveling this weekend. It should level out in a day or two.

I think this will help me stay on track. My goal for the end of June (set at the beginning of the year, and my first true mini goal) is to be 247.5, which will mean I've lost 40 pounds this year!

1. 252.3 - looks like a goal of 4.8 this month, I think I can do it!
