I am staying on plan today because I still have holiday weight to lose and I really want to get past that and move on toward my goal of making it to 100 pounds total by the end of this year.
I'm staying on plan today because I was right....I did remove some weight last week and it feels fabulous! I'm also staying on plan because I love this healthy feeling I'm experiencing lately.
I'm on plan as I was at a hotel in team meeting's all day... managed to get my protein snacks in and eat my lunch (had a bit of an issue with me appearing 'awkward' for not wanting to eat what they were having but ho hum I stuck to my guns), got my liquid in and well... I did good!
