I posted in the exercise forum that my heart rate isn't getting as high when I do my cardio intervals on the elliptical. I used to easily get my heart rate into the 170s and 180s now I barely crack the 160s.
This is a great thing! I'm also not as tired when I do my workouts.
However, this means I have to work harder to get my heart rate back up. Oh well, this is what this journey is all about. Bring it on!!!!
