Does anyone have a really good lower points soup or stew recipe using white or cannellini beans??

Chris' Slow Cooker Bean and Chicken Soup
12 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast, raw, diced (about 4 small breasts)
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
3 - 16 ounce cans white (or pinto) beans, drained and rinsed
1 - 14 ounce can diced tomatoes (Italian style)
1 can Rotel tomatoes (pick your hot)
1 package dry ranch dressing
2 tsp Italian seasoning
Pepper and garlic to taste
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker, stir and cover with lid; cook on low heat for 7 hours or on high heat for 4-5 hours.
Serving size: 1 1/2 cups

Serve with toasted sandwich rounds. I spray them with butter flavored cooking spray, shake a little bit of garlic salt on them and put them under the broiler until lightly browned (watch them ...they will burn fast!). One sandwich round = * per round
