thanks for the info on the Core Plan...
I am finding the flex points working right now and am motivated to keep going.
By the way I lost 4 pounds last week...Yippeee!!
I am encouraged to keep going.
Instead of thinking i have 71 pounds I am taking it as 6 pounds a month for the next year.
My birthday present to myself.
this way it don't feel so big...
anyway..
looking forward to this new week and being that much lighter...
