Well,I did have to have foot surgery after all the shots & wearing the "boot".
been 6 weeks since surgery & I've gained back a lot of weight
I've been researching Sensa,but it sounds too good to be true so I thought I'd drop back by here to see if I can get any support & advice.

How's you getting along now?

Is your foot any better?

I am just starting WW in earnest..... never heard of Sensa..... is that an american thing ?(I'm from the UK )

Welcome back!!! Sorry, I didn't see this thread until now. Hopefully you're still hanging around?? Hope your foot is healing well from surgery. You CAN get the weight off.

I think Sensa is basically an appetite-suppressant in sprinkle form instead of pills, you just sprinkle it over your food. Supposedly you can eat anything you want but so can you on WW and it is a LOT cheaper than Sensa, IMO.

I had a friend that tried Sensa and she noticed very little difference. It wasn't enough of a help for her to buy it a second time.
