Hello ladies! Congrats on our awesome work last month!
I confess I got a little lazy this week, didn't pay as much attention to points as I should have, although I still managed to lose 1.2 lbs this week. That means I'm only .8 away from my 10% Hopefully next week! *fingers crossed* But I was totally paranoid this week I'd see 0 weight loss or worse a gain, and I so do not want to have that feeling ever again, which means I gotta buckle down and stay focused and write down everything I eat and hold myself accountable! Especially considering how close we are to the holiday season. Now would NOT be a good time to start slipping.
