Well I am happy, a loss is a loss after all.
After not eating to point and only exercising yesterday (Sunday) I woke up and WI at - 0.4 lbs for a total of 2.4 lbs. gone in November. and a total of 8.4 lbs. gone since I started back on WW October 5th.
Slow, but indeed I will take it.
I got a new journal and hopefully now that I am feeling 100 % things will go smoother for me!

Ooops. Looked like I missed signing in last week! Last week I lost 0.6, this week I lost 1.6!
I was kind of bummed last week because I was still 0.2 away from my 10% and it was sooo close but not quite there. But now I'm a pound and a half OVER my 10%!

Tudor Rose - Way to go on your loses. Every bit helps, as they say! Keep it up. And meeting your 10 % goal is awesome! I can't wait to hit mine eventually!
stengel150 - 6.8 lbs gone is fantastic. Keep up the great work and if you're ever down remember come here..rooting for you all the way!

nancylmrn, that's okay..not a failure unless you stay down. Nachos sound yummy, but luckily I am full from my dinner (Tater Tot Casserole) so I don't think I'll have any lol...

wow love tater tot cassorle...tonight DH made curry, steamed some veggies and cooked a chicken breast and I made brown rice so I could control the rice, veggie, chicken and curry amts..if I did it right I am stuffed at 5pts which is great. instead of lunch I changed my clothes at work and jogged 3 miles (off an on sort of had to wait for lights) then ate micro popcorn for lunch ..gee if I keep that up maybe I will see a loss
but then again I live in the great PNW where rain is a mainstay and I know I am not a running idiot in for the rain?? --bottom line rain / no run rain/ workout with DVD....no rain/might run if pushed

OMG after how I ate this weekend I am shocked. I guess the gym saved me a little bit, but I have to get over my weekend mental block. Anyway, lost 1.8 lbs for a total loss of - 10.2 lbs, my first 10!!! Yes!!
