LondonJulz it is easy to use the weigh in thread just post any changes in your weight in a new post on the thread that way I know I need to go in and make a change on the first entry I check every day, usually twice a day

Oh and I don't get the ww mag but have read a few at the dr. office and gotton some great stuff from them. I keep a folder in my kitchen with recieps I have collected and about once a week I will thumb through them to see what I would like for the week and if nothing strikes me I pull out my 3 ww cookbooks or go here and look at all the reciepes
