1/2-1 hour walk, I feel so much better getting outside
1/3-40 minute walk
1/4-15 min leg work out {start of TOM}
1/5-hour walk
1/6-stair climbing 20 minutes, leg lifts 30 minutes
1/7-70 min walk
1/8-75 minute walk, 45 minutes playground, 60 minutes weights
1/9-70 minute walk, 20 minutes legs
1/10-60 minute fast fitness walk, hour mall walking
1/11-50 minute walk-moderate
