Not ready to weigh in yet.

I always drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, but they're 16 ounce glasses, so that's a LOT of water... also, I eat as few processed foods as possible. I eat oatmeal for breakfast every single day because it keeps me full until lunch time... and I eat a lot of zero point vegetables.

And no problem with the sharing! Anytime anybody wants to know anything, I'll be glad to share. One thing I didn't mention is that I'm kind of doing WW along with the 'Flat Belly' diet by Prevention. If anybody wants a link for more info, let me know. I get chocolate EVERY DAY!
And avocado and peanuts and sunflower seeds and olives if I want that stuff (I have them often)... lots of 'good fats'. It keeps me feeling satisfied moreso than before. I have to use my flex points to do it and stay on-plan, but it's not a bad deal, you know... as long as I'm still losing steadily, I'm going for it!
