Default Hi!

Hello I'm new to 3fc and also to weight watchers. I'm going on my 4th week with WW, i've lost 5.2 lbs so far and i think that is not enough. Should i have lost more? My first meeting some girl lost 7 lbs in one week. I feel sad that i can't lose more than 2 lbs in a week.

Hi Beth
You're doing a great job on your weight loss. Personally, I think (and have learned at WW) that we should not plan to lose more than a pound or two a week. I mean it's great for those who lose more at a time too, but from the testimonies I hear at WW, the ones that lose slower are the ones that keep it off longer and make it more of a lifestyle change rather than a diet. Not to say the ones that lose a lot don't, but just generally speaking from a medical view in what I have learned, it's better to go slower. So be proud of yourself, you're doing just great! Keep up the good work!
love, tink
