I did a full workout with Bob this morning (TBL DVD). I did the "Boot Camp" section, I felt so great after that I did half of another one (the Strength and Sculpt) one. Right now, waiting on DH to get home and we're going to go for our 4 mile walk....
I just keep chanting "210, 210, 210, 210".

I ran out of daylight yesterday, but I did get my walk in tonight. I feel so much better when I workout. I will be back tomorrow to post again.

Water aerobics Monday, Wednesday- 1 hour
Balance Ball Pilates Tuesday- 30 minutes
Plan to do the Balance Ball tomorrow for 30 also.
No water class Friday, I have a colonoscopy- bleh! Just routine screening, but Thursday afternoon won't be much fun.

Hi everyone! After that swift kick Julz gave me I can barely walk today!!! lol! just kidding!
Did 1 mile with Leslie Sansone yesterday and plan on walking on my lunch break today!
It's getting dark by 7:15 - 7:30 here at night!!!! Ohhhh, the signs of winter!

Hey Kids,
Trying to get back in routine after the last couple weeks. Overslept or mis-set my alarm Wednesday, Friday AND Monday! Must not have wanted to go to water aerobics BAD!!
Back today and back to the balance ball tomorrow. MIL is gone, so I have the house back.
(I love her, but was ready for her departure!)

If no one objects, I'd like to join in on this discussion. I did 25 mins strength training, 15 min bike ride (2 miles) and a 20 min walk on the treadmill. I also did a 15 min swim afterwards for a total of 75 mins of exercise on Saturday. I'm planning on going tomorrow (Tuesday) to work out again.
