    The rain held off so I could get my walk in last night. Hopefully I will be able to do the same tonight.
  • Justs posting my walks for the last two nights. I also did weights yesterday.

  • Hey ladies! I worked out today to the "Firm" cardio for 45 minutes. I worked -out to a good sweat today. Tommorow, I will be working with free weights to "Get Ripped" with Jari Love.
