I would LOVE to get a bike to go bicycling! (same as you, I think my rear is too big right now, the seat would get lost somewhere in there...haha)
When I started having anxiety attacks last year, I got a yoga video and did it... it was SO nice!! Be careful though - the guy who wrote the article I mentioned in another post thinks that yoga is the devil!
