I drink 101 fl oz a day. Sorry forgot that its only really the Uk that uses Litres. veggies I usually manage 2/3 a day naturally but sometimes I have to push myself to get all 5 in especially because I ran out of salad and vegetables the last few days. I don't really eat fruits.

I had a plateau on week 3 -- and it lasted 2 weeks no matter WHAT I did. I kept at it though and drank my water, journaled, weighed my food, measured accurately. I have been losing VERY slowly. My first week was 1.5 pounds. Second week was -.2 (very depressing!). I promised myself that I would lose at least 5 pounds a month (didn't want the pressure) and of course I was jealous of everyone bragging about losing 5+ pounds in the first week! BUT..with that said, everyone is different. For me, I am years older -- my metabolism is different, I am not as active as I once was. All these things you need to take into consideration. Last, but not least, be gentle with yourself. It went on your body in time, it will take time to take it off!
