WW Food and Point Issues ...other than recipes

Default fruit?

I was wondering if any of you don't count fruit?I know someone that never does and has lost 100 pounds.I know it is not part of the plan,but it worked for her.Have any of you not counted and lost?

I count fruit because of how high in natural sugars it is. I may work for some and not for others or that person may have not used all their FPs or APs and thus really those calories were accounted for.

I never thought of that,that she might not have used her FP or AP.I need to lose too much weight to waste time trying to get around the rules.Thanks

I don't eat nearly enough fruit, but I do count it when I do. I find that when I think a food is "free" I eat way too much of it. Counting everything that passes my lips (except my veggies) is the only thing that works for me.
