Hi everyone. I am currently on flex, and I was wondering how many activity points 30 minutes on the Precor is. I don't know if I should call it "high" intensity or "moderate" intensity when I calculate it, because while I am in my cardio range, its not terribly difficult or anything. Thanks!
Low intensity = you can talk and sing
Mod intensity = you can talk but not sing
High intensity = you need a deep breath every few words
Most people unless in a training under the guidance of a fitness professional will not reach the high intensity (or have been under the guidance).
What I do is if I know it is above mod and below high figure the points for both and take a median.
