oh dear ... its been a LONG time since i tried ww .. and the last time , for my weight , (180 5'4") 23-28 pts ..was the going rate..

btw .. i just started last week, 3/10 and in 5 days i lost 5 lbs .. doing between 28-30 pts a day .. i know it's mostly water...but i must have been doing something right../???
