Default A Question regarding McD's Salada
Hello Everyone,

I'm new here. I just heard about this website at my WW meeting this morning. I'm wondering if anyone knows the point value for the new salads they have at McDonald's. I especially like the grilled chicken caesar and I find that I don't even need the dressing, the flavor of the chicken is just enough to make it perfect. I was thinking it couldn't be THAT many points but I have been deceived before and could be completely wrong.

I've been with WW since last September 7th and have lost 49 pounds. I've actually been STUCK at 49 down now for about 5 weeks. The same thing happened to me when I hit 39 pounds. I guess maybe this is just how it's going to be! 29 more to go to get to goal!

Default WW Salads

Here in Ky our McDonalds have nutritional sheets with all the info necessary on them.Simply use your point finder and calculate whichever salad you like. Do the same for your choice of salads. dressings!

I bet your location will have the info available too!

If figured out that grilled chicken ceaser is 4.5 points,the bacon ranch grilled is 6 and the cobb grileed is is 6.5
ceaser crispy is 7, bacon ranch crispy as well as the crispy cobb is 9
