I am new to this board and wanted to ask a question. How many points would a 16 oz. Seira Mist drink be? Also, where can I find points for things like bread, cheese, Turkey sandwich meat, crackers and things like that. I'd appreciate it so much.
Calorie King or USDA Website will be able to help you. A full sugar soft drink is usually 3 points per 12 ounces though. They do make a Diet Sierra Mist.
