Default

4 ounces uncooked with no oil or anything added is 3 points.

An easy and cheap was to figure out these things is to spend $10 and get a copy of MasterCook. I couldn't figure out how to do these points when the latest program came out and WW Magazine's Food Editor suggested that I buy a similar program. They have a very expensive one but Master Cook does pretty much what they do.

Unfortunately you can't figure out points by just adding up individual ingredients.
