Thumbs down Sugar Points

Hi,
I have been W/W for 22 weeks now and have lost 8.5 kilos, about 18 lbs.but I would like to keep track of my sugar points, I don't eat sweets, real biscuits and cakes but its the hidden sugary points I would like to know more about and where they are ,is there a list around on sugar points, my leader said that if the first 3 ingredients on a label contain sugar then thats the ones with sugar points, but what about honey, low cal.jams,Splenda, diet toppings, fruit, they taste as tho they should be sugar points, there many other foods I just can't think off hand, not all foods have labels like fruit,he, he.So if there was a list, that would be very helpfull.

Default

Honey is pure sugar - more calories than granulated.
