I use the online tools and would like to know how many points to count for a half hour activity that I'm estimating burns 400 calories. (TurboJam) I know how to figure points for food, but how do we do it for exercise, and how do we add a new activity to our tracker so we can use it again?
Since you're using the online tools, you can log on and click "activity tracker" under the little tennis shoe icon. To the left of the screen that pops up is a nice little activity points calculator - just input the duration and intensity, and it'll give you your points!
