My Goals:

Journal better
drink my water
exercise 4 days week

Want to lose 10 pounds by june 1st

Biggest one stay away from the sweets

Dont Know if im to late in the game?
Im going to start today!
I'm going on my four week and lost 10pds as of monday total! My goal is super high.
A good tip is to make sure you measure ur inches as well as weighing in! I measure my hips,thighs,arms,waist. Just a tip some girlfriends of my have lost inches as well as pounds.

1. exercise 3x wk.
2. chill on bread (limit bread through out the week)
3. lose 18pds.

I got weighed tonight. I lost 1.4 pounds. I've worked out 3 times so far this week. So excited.

So far so good! I work out twice this week already! Today I plan to go walking!

I broke out my old WW stuff and am counting points I lost a pound and a half last week here's to losing 18 more by my birthday!

I was up to 194 cough but I've actually been following points and I'm back down to 190 yay
Now I ahve to get my arse in the shower b/c I have the allergist

Hey Kier and everyone! I am glad to see the challenge has gone on! I have been MIA with a sick baby (bronchitis) and then in Winnipeg to visit my grandmothers (98 and 88 years old and they are both in thier own homes! Wow...). So I haven't been on the internet!

I ate a ton in Wpg (food pushers Everywhere!!!) but didn't gain anything. Didn't lose either! So I am back with a vengance. I go back to work on June 20 and I want to lose about 15 before then. So I have to get my butt in gear.

I'll BBL!

Weighed in tonight after not weighing in last week i gained 8 pounds! I am so sick to see that! I know its my own fault! Now i am hoping this will open my eyes up and get me going again. Im not sure what is wrong with me. I do know my one downfall is i have been finding myself geeting up in middle night and pigging out .

I wish everyone good luck! I know i sure need it

Good Morning Ladies,

I too have benn MIA, but I am back on the bandwagon. I feel pretty good today. I just did a 2 mile walk around the park in about 35 minutes. This is an accomplishment for me because it is so hard for me to get the motivation to get moving. I hope I can keep it up. Well since I've been gone I haven't lost any weight but I haven't gained any either. SO BABY I'M BACK.

cryket34- I'm sorry to hear about your gain, but it ok girl. I bet that 8 pounds was just the kick in the butt that you needed, right. Sometimes the setbacks is the thing that we need to get us going again. Good Luck this week!!!!

Good luck to the rest of you also. We don't have much longer to go

Yes, In two weeks I loss 6pds.
I cant believe it im a couple of ounces shy from 20 pounds total loss!
I have kept with eatting right, but I have stop going to the meetings for two weeks now and I went back yesterday. I found I loss 6 more pounds, Im very happy and hope to keep going for sure!!

Yes, I loss a total of 25 pounds! I love it cuz now my pants are totally not fitting me anymore. It's a good thing but I haven't bought new pants yet cuz I still plan to loss way more! Good luck everyone
