Hi Everyone Wow, busy boards this morning! I wasn't expecting so many posts when I logged on.

Belle...That's awesome about the compliment! See...the changes don't go unnoticed We were at the rehab facility where my mom is at for therapy on her hip the other day and her friend from VT came down. We hadn't seen each other for probably almost a year and she told me how good I looked and how it looked like I lost a lot of weight. Made me feel so good... even tho I haven't lost anything in ages and ages.

Kirsty...That's very cool that you're thinking of moving in together. Just do what you think is right and work it out from there You can never really know in advance how things will turn out otherwise.

Kim...Way to go on quitting smoking!! I'm so proud of you! That is a very cool decision that you've made.

Anyways... I've got to run... hello to everyone.

Hi All,

Weighed in the samel\... Yah me I am happy about that. Other than that I have been doing well.

JenK: Hi there! I am pretty much in your shoes right now when it comes to a guy. I have heard from him since last seeing him, but I haven't heard from him in the last few days... The joys and utter frustrations of courting eh! I also understand about trying to feel thin. I am a size 5 and it still hasn't sunk in fully yet.

Belle: Wow, sounds like things are going very well! BTW forgot to tell ya but your pics from a while back were fabulous.

I'll try and throw on a few pics soon... You'll see me blond

Lola: Hey! Glad to see ya, I'll drop ya an e-mail.

Sarah: It's been fairly hot here too... It makes it difficult to sleep. Enjoy your quiet time

Janet: Wow, a kitchen sink, that's awesome, I was proud of myself for just sticking up curtains, so a kitchen sink is definately an accomplishment!

Kirsty: I hope it goes well telling your roomate and all. I am only going to be with my roomie until next summer or so then his GF is either moving in or they're buying a house together (if it's the latter I am subletting the apartment, if it's the former I will find somewhere else). I am sure she'll understand, tell her sooner rather than later though. Good Luck!

Tonya: Hailey is a really pretty name.

Shalyne: Compliments are always fantastic

Stacey: .7 is a blip, don't worry about it!

Hey.. did I tell you all that Emma is crawling. She goes under the coffee table now! What a cutey!

Ughhh... back to work. Good news... for our last employee we went through a hiring company... I called them this morning and they are already into finding us a new person! YAH!

Hi everyone! I'm in a crabby mood today (I really, really hate TOM, sometimes the moodiness seems worse than other times) but I'm forcing myself to be cheerful and not be a ***** to everyone. I have to WI in 45 minutes, though, and I'm not making promises after that! I'm so bloated!

Tonya: I had been a social smoker for a couple years. I'd buy a pack, it would last me a few weeks. I could go days and days without a cigarette and it didn't faze me, but I'd have one if I was out having a beer. But in the past year I had started smoking more regularily, and especially in the past 6 months. I feel better already! Five days now, I think! My b/f smokes, which I think was a bad influence on me. He's trying to cut back, but he doesn't seem to want to stop. p/s Your kids are really cute!

Kirsty: My b/f and I just moved in with each other last year. It's been just about a year now, actually. It took a job change for us ... he finally quit his job 2 hours from here to be closer to me, and it just made sense for him to move in. It's worked out well. He's a worse slob than I am (I picked the maid on the poll!), and it's made me a little neater. It's nice having him there when I wake up every morning!

Belle: Yay on the compliment!

Janet: WOW! You put a sink in! And here I was proud of myself for putting a standing fan together the other day!

Welcome back, Lola!

Stacey: That's great that you only had a little gain.

Hi to everyone else ... Lolly, Jen, Sarah, Trish, Shalyne, JenK, Brenda, we miss you! Hi to all the lurkers, too!

Half-hour to WI ...

Hi, Ali! We were posting at the same time! I agree with Belle — post your before and after pics again. We could all use a little inspiration! I know I could!

Wow! Board's buzzing! Ouch, Kier, sounds painful - or did the door come off worse? Arnica is good, if you can get it in a cream, for bruises ...

Lola, good to see you again! And Ali too. Our lifetimers ! Yay, everyone, post photos, post photos ... remember there's a photo thread lurking down there somewhere, maybe I will pull it up again in a mo.

Tonya - cute kiddies! And Janet - good job! Now I have a picture of you in my head all dressed up like Bob the Builder (Can We Fix It?!)

K - don't worry your secret is safe with me. And IMHO you and Blokey are lovely together and there's no point spending another year commuting across town to see each other. Try it! If it's going to be horrible, it's going to be horrible (but I really really don't think it will be). Speaking of flats and leases, Blokey and I signed ours this afternoon - we move in a week today!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!

Belle - challenge not obsession, challenge not obsession I am with EVERYone else on this one, but you know what? If I were in your situation I would focus on feeling the confidentest I could and if that means scheduling hair, nails, facial, funky clothes - DO IT!!! (Ok, I admit, any excuse ... but this is a good one!)

Ok, better go - Blokey and I are going to see Jurassic Park III tonight, his choice (I haven't even seen II!), but Cats and Dogs is out on Friday and I am def dragging him to that, so all's fair ... Work is going ace, btw, I have had loads of positive comments on my funky new website, over 80 people have visited and it isn't even on any search engines yet. YIPPEE! And low-fat muffins are only 4pts. Life is good !

hugs to everyone - Kim (water! will help with bloating, I promise - and yay! on giving up smoking), Kay ( new flat!), Jen, Trish, Jen2, Sarah, Shalyne, Tonya, Stacey ... and anyone I've missed.

Ali - WOW!!! I just noticed how far you have come and it is so inspiring! I know how hard it was for me to lose 30 pounds, so I can't even imagine! It appears that you and I are in the same boat when it comes to guys... ugh!

Tonya - Your kids are precious - thanks for posting the picture!!

Kier - Your posts always crack me up! Not that it is funny that you hurt yourself, but you just have such a way with words! Have fun at Bon Jovi!! They were here a few weeks ago, but I couldn't get anyone to go with me.

Belle - Just looked at the picture thread - you are beautiful!!! You really have nothing to worry about when meeting the ex...

Kim - I hope you are able to cheer up a bit. I know what you mean though, sometimes the moodiness is so much worse...

Later!
Jen

Default Almost time to go home

Hi everyone! Well I went to Subway in an effort to eat low points for lunch but I screwed up. It was not intentional but I remembered the points incorrectly. I thought I had seen that the chicken salad sub was 7 points. Well this one didn't have chicken salad so I went for Tuna salad, knowing it was not as good but still thiking it couldn't be terrible. I should have gone with my original feeling and stuck with my standard turkey for 5 pts. I ended up have a 10 point 6" sub. At least this subway had 1 pt WOW chips, not just baked lays for 3. So lunch was 11 points, bkfast was 1 and I have had 1 point in candy. that isn't too bad but I was hoping for fewer so far.

I have no plans for tonight. I wanted to go see LEgally Blonde but my friend wants to go tomorrow night instead. I am leaving here around4pm. I'll go to the gym and then don't know what else to do. I am thinking about doing work tonight and having a short day tomorrow since half the day I will be working at home. I would love to work on my tan again, it has been ages!

Lolly - congrats on signing the new lease. It is always exciting to move to a new place.

Ali - a size 5 seems so small. Wow!!! Good for you!

Kim - sorry you are in a bad mood. How was WI?

Kierie - sorry to hear about your door incident. A margarita might help with the pain though

Jen2 - Have fun at the Cubs game tomorrow. I miss work outings since I work so far from my office.

Tonya - Your kids are adorable.

Ok, sorry not to respond to everyone. I'll be back tomorrow. Have a nice evenin. I will try to stay at 20-25 points today.

Sarah

Default Darn, darn, darn

I was about to head out the door to WI when the police scanner started squawking about a church on fire. So I had to go out there. A storage room burned inside the church, but no major damage. Still, I missed WI. I won't be able to go to meeting tomorrow because I have Spanish class, so hopefully on Friday. I don't go to the evening meetings because I know I'll weigh more!

Well, gotta run. I have two stories to write now.
