Whew! FINALLY moving in the right direction. My official weigh-in isn't until Thursday, but I can't help checking on Monday mornings. Habit, I guess. Down two pounds since my "freh start" last week. Good luck to everyone!
I joined online this morning. So my new starting weight is 201.5, which is 2 pounds less than my last weigh in. But...I weighed in the morning and without clothes so that will make up the 2 pound difference. Either way I am going to change my signature to reflect my current status Have a great week everyone!!!!
Way to go, everyone! It's so nice to see some positive energy on this board again. We were really losing steam for a while. Well, I was anyway. Love those nanners!
Whoo Hoo for all of you I am so proud of you guys. Kitty 2.5 is awesome. I just got back from my meeting and for two weeks in a row I have stayed the same. I am very discouraged because I have stayed within my points and have been exercising daily. Oh well I guess it is all about persevering. Way to go ladies!!!!
Luf, it REALLY is all about perservering. You know it! If you've been staying OP for two weeks and haven't lost, it's bound to catch up with you big time very soon. Just be sure not to let it get you down to the point where you start going off program. Then you won't see any of the benefit of these two weeks you worked so hard to stay on. Stick with it, sista!
WOW YOU SISTAS ARE ROCKING!!!
Great job everyon!
Luflic-Since you are exercising so much...are you using all your flex points and activity pts? I wonder if you are getting enough to eat??? Have you talked to your leader at all about it? Try not to get discouraged..you are doing soo soo awesome!! I hope to acheive your success one day!
I kind of cheated by weighing in on Monday, but today was my real, official weigh in, and I'm soooo happy to say that the slider really is moving in the right direction. I'm four pounds down on my first week back OP. Man, that feels good. I am living proof that you can't give up because if you do, you'll eventually want to get back on track and when you do, you'll be miles behind where you could have been. I'm thrilled about the loss, but I keep thinking, "If I had stayed OP all this time, even if I hadn't lost until now, the scale would have said 244 instead of 257.5. But hey, that's what I get, right? I'll get there. Lesson learned! It's great to be feeling positive again. Thank you all!
