Hey everyone..I'm just so happy I had to post this. After 4 weeks of being closed due to Hurricane Rita...my WW location has re-opened today! I am not excited to see what I have gained..but I know it will get me right back on track. For those of you who don't know...Rita displaced me for 3 weeks. I went to stay with my parents in TN and tried so hard to stay on plan. I even went to a meeting while I was there, but they gave me a bit of a hard time b/c I didn't have my booklet. I fell off the wagon hard and was doing so well. I am just about back on track..headed to the gym today to get back with my trainer and NOW I get to go back to WW on Sat. I know that there are so many people out there that have lost everything from the 2 major Hurricanes this year...but too me this is so important and for once I had finally gotten in control. But I can do this...I can get back in control...I will win this battle. I have to keep telling myself this! Thanks for listening everyone...Sistas your support through this has been wonderful!

So glad to hear your WW is opening. Now maybe you can get back to a little bit of normalcy. Don't beat yourself up if you gained. You've been thru a lot. Sometimes you just have to eat what is there!! I probably would have went hog-wild and drowned all my sorrows in something fried & greasy!!!
