scale excitement here this morning, i think i'm down 2lbs, but won't know for sure until tomorrows weigh-in.

jen- i don't know about the biggest loser, but, on celebrity slim down (or whatever that show on vh1 was called) they have them all on nurasystem and going to the gym daily. 17lbs in one week ??? just think how fast it will go back on when they try to eat normally after whatever it is that they have them doing !!

Last nights losses were crazy! How does one loose 17 pounds without having a baby or ampuation? I would LOVE to have that kind of jump start. They all have lost 30+ pounds in one month. It takes us forever to get there. Insane, just insane.

I walked yesterday. I will walk at lunchtime today too. I have a goal of 90 miles for the month. Next month I will join a water class. Well, if I can fit it in the budget I will.

I am going out of town this weekend for a thingy at Pixar studios. Of course my period is due tomorrow. I am hoping it will be one of those months when I am late. We are getting a hotel with a pool and I would love to swim. I also don't want any water weight gain for WI, but I suppose that is too much to ask for. I am concentratiing on glasses apon glasses of water the next few days.

I went to the website and the person kicked off is a regular church goer. Don't think she plays professional poker!!!

KO, the one kicked off had shoulder length auburn colored hair. She didn't smile a lot, but seemed to really be motivated.

The thing that gets me about that show is how much they exercise. In the real world, how does someone have that time. It kind of irritates me, yet I still seem to watch it. Hmmm...

Jen, if we didn't have kids, households, jobs ect we could have all that time to work out too. Imagine all the uninterrupted sleep they get ect. Then again when I didn't have all that stuff in my life, I was thin. lol

I walked my hour today. Yippy!

My oldest got a job at McDonalds, I feel so old! He is 15.

Ali - Can you post a pic or link of the dress. I loved trying on dresses. I want to get re-married just to go through the whole thing again!!! There is nothing like feeling like a princess, even for just one day!!!

Last hubby got mad because I hinted that he walk on the treadmill (only after he said he needed to work out)... so he did it. Then my competitive self decided to out walk him and when he got off, I got on. Even if it was 7:00pm. Our basement is finished, so the girls played while I walked. It wasn't a super long walk, but any exercise helps!!! I haven't weighed this week, but that is OK because I don't want to obsess!!!

OK, gotta run and pick up Emma from pre-school!!!

It is just so much easier to weigh yourself naked first thing in the morning. You don't have to worry about how heavy your clothes are compared to last week or how much food you just had ect... Owell, thank goodness it is just once a week. I just wish I had a morning WI.

I am in btween my "Fat" bras and my "skinny" bras. Fat ones support nothing right now (cups too big), but skinney ones still cut off circulation a bit (straps are tight). Nope, not buying new ones. A few more weeks and I will fit comfy into the skinny ones. Sports bras for excericising, none at home and suffer while I am out. lol

Jen that is so cute about you and hubby.

thank you flower you did great too !!!!! go us

yeah was a great day today, i lost 4.4lbs at the weigh in.

then i went with my sister-in-law (she lost 2.2lbs) to some yard sales and i found a portable dishwasher for $20 nearly new, it was so clean and works amazingly, the funny part about this is i was $20 dollars away from saving for a $499 model (the same one i got for $20) so now i have $450 towards the next thing on our "we would like" list and thats atv's wooo

i called my mum in england and she lost 6lbs, then i called mother-in-law and she lost 2lbs, with everyone doing weight watchers, i think it would be very hard to quit this time. so between the 4 of us we lost 14.6lbs this week !

Kate, how wonderful for the family. It must be great to have so many people you know and love do it with you. And that dishwasher you found, great baragain! I am sure you were on cloud 9 all day with that find.

I am going to Pixar studios tomorrow near SF. We are leaving this afternoon so I can visit IKEA and do some shopping. Have a great OP weekend and I will see you all on Sunday. I hope where ever we end up eatting has a tasty healthy menu. But I think I know how to order okay anyways.

Flower - Have a great time. I would love to come along!!

Kate - HOW SUPER FABULOUS!! You (and your family) are doing AWESOME!

*cheerleader Jen* Go girrrllllllsss--- go girrrrrlllllsss---

On that note, a couple weeks ago my Princess Emma told me that when she grows up she wants to be a cheerleader. Oh My!!! I was a cheerleader in Jr High so I showed her some "moves", now she thinks she is super cool. I am so NOT a cheerleader type, so it makes us laugh!!!

OK, doing lots of follow up work and suffering from a stinking huge headache that neither Zyrtec or tylenol has been able to cure!!!
