I've been having trouble motivating myself to work out lately. Some of it is the stress from all the changes at work and the overtime I'm working. Some of it is because I no longer have an end goal like the 1/2 marathon. I haven't thought of a new end goal yet so I'm hoping that if I post my work-outs each day for all of you to review that I'll be motivated.
I'd love it if any of you want to track work-outs with me. We can be each others cheerleaders.
