Exercise Accountability Week of 1/19
 
I've been having trouble motivating myself to work out lately. Some of it is the stress from all the changes at work and the overtime I'm working. Some of it is because I no longer have an end goal like the 1/2 marathon. I haven't thought of a new end goal yet so I'm hoping that if I post my work-outs each day for all of you to review that I'll be motivated.

I'd love it if any of you want to track work-outs with me. We can be each others cheerleaders.

M 1/19: Yoga Class (60)
T: 1/20: 2 Miles (30) & F5dayAbs (5)
W: 1/21: FCAWT (60)
T 1/22:
F 1/23:

M - 33 minutes elliptical
T - 25 minutes stationary bike
W - 33 minutes elliptical

M - 50 min walk
T - run/walk 40 mins (3.1 miles)
W - 30 mins eliptical
R - nothing!
F - 35 mins on exercise bike (easy)

I haven't worked out a single time this week... Maybe this will get me to do something...

M--Nothing
T--Nothing
W--Probably nothing (I have a ton of shopping to do tonight).

W-WATP 2 mile with weights, aerobic style...
