I love the broiled fish you eat. I wish I ate more of that.

You and I eat alike. You can use flexpoints can't you?

We are doing so well. I will start journalling again next week.
I have a lot of snacks already in ziplocks with points written on them. I am going to try really hard. Vacations and I don't get along.

I am not too sure if this is a good style of eating, I will have to see if I lose. Mike and I are in the habit of relaxing with meals out and wine on the weekends. I admit that I enjoy it too, but in order to change my weight, I may have to change this more. The other habit I have to contend with is that I usually only exercise 2X a week. Oh yes, and one more thing I can see that I need more dairy.
