Becky, I have learned most of my talents from my mother. But I will let you in on a secret. Not really a secret, but I bet you didn't know about it. The website I am posting is GREAT for learning. I use it when I am teaching my classes because the photos are so clear.

Yes I know all.... *gloat*

Also, they say I am a natural at most of these crafts. My mom showed me basics, but I did the rest. I love learning new techniques. I really have to get my pics posted for you!!!

OK, back from the gym. My chest still aches, so I know I am coming down with something... ughh. Hubby is dying from a sore throat, or so he says. But I got my extra points... yah!

I made the lasagne last night and threw it in the fridge to bake tonight. Last night I whipped up the Lo-Mein instead. So we are eating rich tonight and I need the points!

Hi All! V. Busy at work. Sorry no time to post to everyone. Glad you are all getting your gung-ho back. I was down 2lbs at WI last night. A loss but not an exciting one as I am still up from where I was 2 weeks ago.

Everyone's talking about lunches. I usually eat leftovers. I like to make dishes that have lots of servings and then freeze single serving sizes into Gladware for my lunches. They are mostly around 6 points and I supplement with lots of veggies.

Becky - about learning to knit, could you offer to do yardwork or housework for an older woman in your church who knits in exchange for knitting lessons?

Keep well all.
