Good morning!

Connectivity issues yesterday sent me into the usual gripey diatribe. My poor hub! He knows that computer problems that have already been resolved are one of my pet peeves. Anyway, I spent the day meeting other goals...writing, moving books, moving trees...but generally moving!

Lin, thanks for the tip on the cds, we'll see where that clue leads me. Wouldn't that be cool?

OK, now I'm inspired. Lauren takes real vacations! Can't I do that? Or what am I working for? I am going to share your change jar story with hub, we have one and have not counted it in ages. Congratulations on your "free" tickets!

I had an issue with a thin crust pizza on Saturday night. We don't eat pizza often, and since we're old and set in our ways we each get different kinds. Thank goodness mine only had mushrooms and pineapple on it... that's all I'm saying, except that it wasn't pretty and now it's over.

Have I told you all about my ISBN numbers? Let me know...since we have other writers and at least one person who might want to self-publish, you might find this useful.

OK, I am at work, so I must not dally. Recommitted to my healthy eating and moving plan...at least something good came of my mini catastrophe. Although you know, with flexpoints I still didn't go over for the day.

Well, Lin, IOU one good turn. I went to Epson.com, and sure enough, there it is, an affordable color printer that prints on the faces of cds. I am amazed. Is anyone else here old enough to remember when the school secretary stood at a mimeo machine and turned the handle, rolling carbons to make copies?

Lin is about to start a new thread for us, so I'll end this one on a positive note:

May your day be full of outrageous flashes of brilliance and insight!

and we are off, like the herd of turtles that we are.

Yes, I am starting a new thread this morning. I LOVE it when we go through more than one thread in a week. No matter which group of turtles has been posting, when we post at least two threads worth of messages, we always lose more weight. I think it's a combination of the support and the accountability. See you on thread #107!
