Hi Turtles!
I had a good WI at WW's and am very happy. WW's has hit again on something I think I can be successful with. Long ago I did very well and lost 25# in one year with the CORE program WW offered then. I know I don't do well with bread and I find it a real trigger food. So, with WW's offering the Purple Plan
with more zero point foods that I can use and fewer points, I think I will make this new twist work. I don't know how many of you did this: Got thru the day with zero point foods, felt comfortable and had about 8+ points leftover at the end of the day. For some reason I couldn't let that rest, and I would eat and use up some points at the end of the day. Therefore my weight loss was slow and sometimes I gained. Haven't done well in a very long time.
Now, although I still have a lot to lose and re-lose, I feel I can make the Purple plan work for me. If you haven't had a chance to learn about the new green, blue, and purple plans on WW check them out on the website. I wish everyone success.

for dh on Friday, to NYC to see Tootsie on Sat. and reconnect with my college roommate and her husband, and then dinner out again on Sunday to wrap up the birthday weekend. All fun and I didn't gain weight. Checked into my cell for Purple plan and immediately started working it and I think this could be the one! It is clearcut and although I certainly won't reach goal this year I can knock off another 10# between now and Christmas and that's my new goal.
