Hey Girls!
WEll I got all excited b/c I had found a recipe for Meringues and I thought i could use splenda so I toddled on down to the splenda website and NO in a manner of speaking
I'm craving sweet So I think I'll have to snag some sf jello
anywho I have to hop in the shower I'm being taking out for a belated bday latelunch/dinner by one of my girlies so I can't go naked and if i start cleaning in my jams I'll never get out of them

Morning Kier! Actually it is almost afternoon here! I wasn't able to post yesterday after my initial so I thought I would do some responding.

Angie~ Toga party sounds fun! Don't you love movie day with the sisters. How many do you have? I have 3 and we are addicted to "Steel Magnolia's" and ummm... I am not sure that I should admit this but...."Elvis and Me". Try to contain your laughter. Anyways my Dh and BIL's think we are such weirdo's. I mean we ARE of course but anyways....

KT~ I hear you on the tight shorts! We will be swimmng in them by the end of summer

Laura~ I didn't know that we were called trolls. Learn something new every day. I go up there every summer. I love going to Mackinac and we stay at a cabin about 45 minutes from the bridge near Eckerman. Where were you? DH would live there if he could. He loves the fact that you can wear jeans and a sweatshirt at night IN THE SUMMER! He is not real into heat

Jess~ Where are you going ????? You may find you drop a few lbs on vacation. I find that I am sooo much more active on vac. then at home b/c of my desk job. Don't worry those lbs will come off.

Kieri~ I am with you on the GF grill. I cannot wait to try my roaster which is of course packed away with the rest of my fun stuff.

WHICH REMINDS ME..... We liked the house on Friday!!!! We see it again tomorrow with parents and some friends for a 2nd opinion. I really hope this is the one. It needs some decorating, carpet and paint but has a ton of potential.

Hey everyone!

I was down 0.6lbs last night which is better than none but not enough. It seems like I always start out the week strong but by the end of it I run out of steam. Got any ideas??

Morning ladies --
Got all of my exercising in yesterday! AND bought a bunch of fruit and veggies to keep myself on track. Nothing much else new though - took all of my time to accomplish that!

Becky - good luck on the house! I've got two sisters, and we ended up watching the Rookie (for little sister - she's 9) and Abandon and the Knockaround Guys for me and my other sister
(she's 18). I've actually never seen Elvis and me... sounds interesting!

Rina -- congrats on the .6! I know exactly what you mean - I always bomb on weekends with the eating-thing. And then I spend the week just trying to get back on track and lose a little more.

Ang, I love love LOVE the Rookie! Its such a great story. The little boy acting in it us such a sweetheart!! I have a little brother whose is almost 8 so whenever I want to see a kids movie I use him as my cover!

Another late in the day post for me.

I worked last night so nothing new to report in my life.

Kier - can you have diet pop? Vanilla Diet Coke really kills my sweet cravings.

Becky - Good luck with the house. What fun! I grew up mostly in Menominee but also lived in Crystal Falls and went to college in Marquette. CB and I are going to Marquette/Big Bay over the 4th. I'm with your hubby on the sweatshirt/jeans in summer thing - the heat is still the hardest thing about Indy for me to deal with.

Rina - .6lbs - good job - you are doing so well. Have you tried starting your week on a different day? I know that I tend to eat a little more, have less water, make less healthy choices on the weekends. Therefore, I WI Fri AM so that I have 4 days of good choices no matter what happened on the weekend.

Lori - I've been thinking about you hon! I can understand needing to withdraw and work through things on your own, but please know that you are missed and that we are all ready to listen and offer suggestions if you think we could help.

Hi everyone - if anyone's left. I got a late start today. Things are happening at work (unusual but I can go with the flow.) My sister sent me sonogram pictures of the triplets. It was pretty cool to see three babies squished all together. I did my Tae Bo again last night and I'm less sore today and tonight I start my volunteering in the ER so we'll see how that goes. I'm excited.
Kier - Hope you had a nice lunch
Becky - Yay househunting! Let us know how it looks the second time through.
Rina - yay .6! It's better than going up.
Lori - glad to know you haven't abandoned us!
Laura - I'm a huge supporter of diet pop for the sweet cravings. Diet root beer and Diet Dr Pepper are great too.
