Angry The "Wendie" Plan

I stayed OP all day.I brought a bagel, yogurt and some soup for breakfast & lunch and then I had a piece of grilled chicken over a salad for dinner. I even saved room for a couple of Bud Lights (I had to but some with my tip $$ on the way home cuz I WAS ALL OUT)!! I'm so proud of myself. Remember I was talking about the"Wendie" plan? Here is something I got off of another post about it....(apparently it was in Woman's Day magazine last week and on Oprah this week-it uses the WW points system)...

You take the total amount of your daily pts and get a weekly pt range. You divide it up a little more dramatically instead of using the same pt range each day. For instance......a pt range of 30 pts could be like this (weekly range7x30=210 pts)...... Monday32uesday27;Wed34;Thurs35;Fri26;Sat24;Sun30
This is all "the general idea" as your daily pts is a range and your weekly pts should be a range too. I hope this helps as I haven't tried it yet either. Good Luck.

24-29

Day 1 – 24
Day 2 – 29
Day 3 – 25
Day 4 – 36-39

If you are following 123 Success, just add 2 points to the daily point ranges.

For activity points, add them in the appropriate places. I am assuming that if you have earned activity points, then you have burned off extra calories, so it all equals out.

Here is a website you can go to that talks about it also...

I'm going to try it this week. I'll let you know how it goes.

I think this plan is good especially when you are trying to get thru a plateau! It is still weight watchers.
