I'm with Loose Seal! Although I didn't do as well as I wanted, I did lose some weight........and I'm ready to lose some more. What do the rest of you think?

I'm in as well. I got off to a bad start for this challenge with going on holidays at beginning and found it hard to recover, but I honestly feel if I didn't have you guys to share our struggles I would have done worse.
So a new challenge after Christmas sounds like a good idea. In the meantime I would like to challenge everyone to a "holiday daily exercise" challenge. We all know there will be lots of food & treats at this time, but if we make exercise a must, it will help. So lets start this on Fri Dec 23 and go until & including Sun Jan 1st. So that is 10 days altogether. This will be a good kick off for our next challenge after Christmas. See you lighter! |
Bandit, this is a great idea and one I, for one, will find difficult to manage.
