week 10 for Judy
Yay! 1. Down to 183.8# 2. Drank water 3. Kept mindless eating minimal 4. Can exercise again this week. We're closing in on the stretch. I have to remember "fake weight" goes away pretty fast as long as I stop the indulgence. Judy start of challenge: 189.8/183.8# down 6# since start. I'll take that and run. By the way, if I'd run, I'd lose faster. |
