Exercised - week of T.O.M not much exercise
New Recipe - nope

This week need to get back to exercise.

Great week, now I'm working on this week. Slipped a bit yesterday. Need to stay focused and really exercise!!!!

So, heres another recap as of today Dec 3/11

Judy = -.5#
Princess = -2.4#
Lotstogo= +1.6#
Taylor = -6.8#
Terri = -3#
Cherry = -5.4#
Life = -.8#

Bandit = +1.75#

Total loss = 18.45#

This is based on postings since our 1st recap & if there are any discrepancies,
please post. Our challenge is almost done, so good luck to everyone in
the home stretch!

I want to say Week 10 but I'm not sure ( Dec. 2 but I w/i on the Mon)

Weigh In : -1.4 ( reached my 10% wahoo)
Exercise - yes, yes and YES
Journalled - it's what keeps me focussed - yes
Water - yessss finally
Checked in - I think I did better this week
New Recipe - not a ww one but I did make a new cookie recipe - LOL

My exercise I have under control but I still struggle with the food if I am thrown off track so working on that, especially this time of year!!

week 10 for Judy

Yay!
1. Down to 183.8#
2. Drank water
3. Kept mindless eating minimal
4. Can exercise again this week.
We're closing in on the stretch.
I have to remember "fake weight" goes away pretty fast as long as I stop the indulgence.

start of challenge: 189.8/183.8# down 6# since start. I'll take that and run. By the way, if I'd run, I'd lose faster.
