Had a binge experience with Sicilian Pizza-----let's just say I'll win next time.

New recipe: Marinated Pork Chops roasted on top of sliced apples - Very good!

Exercise = 6 miles walking, 1 hour Zumba
New recipe = black bean chili (in crockpot now)
Checked in here everyday

This weeks goal: more exercise & stay OP on the weekend.

drank plenty of water

Aim for this week----:tread: or boardwalk daily
drink water with fresh lemon----suggested to help get rid of salt
eat very carefully
appraise situation and see if I need to jump ship again
keep on keepin' on here with Turtles and Facebook Turtles group

Bandit, thanks for the update. We are doing great. I lost those pesky 2# this week, so my new total down is 2.5# since we began the challenge. Yay!

Thanks for the support. You gals are great. This month was a staller for me, but I feel I'm on track and will lose another pound this week.

l/f crackers
