gained .6# this week journaled every day checked in with Turtles each day no new recipes exercised 4X. Had a binge experience with Sicilian Pizza-----let's just say I'll win next time. 134.6/185.8/179 and thinner :cool: I'll lose this week! |

Bandit, thanks for the update. We are doing great. I lost those pesky 2# this week, so my new total down is 2.5# since we began the challenge. Yay! Exercise: daily walking 1 1/2miles new recipe:n/a water and journaling: yes checking in and posting on Turtles:yes! Thanks for the support. You gals are great. This month was a staller for me, but I feel I'm on track and will lose another pound this week. We rock! Bandit, your weight will come right back off. You started this challenge. thanks! |
