  • Anyone want to join me for a challenge for this month?

Basically create 3 goals and work on them, remember progress not perfection

    Here are mine!!

    - Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day
    - Try a new activity (I am signing up for a kickboxing class)
    - Try to log my food and activity

    Take care!

    Ali
  • I'm up for the challenge! Here are my three that I'm going to really focus on this month:

-meal plan & eat at home
    -journal journal journal
-incorporate exerise into life at least once per week! (sounds pathetic doesn't it? but its a real struggle-especially when its cold out!)
  • Hi, I am ready for the challenge!

    1. Journal and stay in point range
    2. Get back to my aerobics class
    3. Slow down

    My 3 goals:

    1. Pack up and move out by 2/1.

    3. Start exercising at least 5 days a week for min 20 min.
  • Ok, Ali, I'm in...
    1. More water as I give up soda (this one's going to be tough, but I need to do this!)

    2. Daily exercise -- I will restart 8 minutes in the morning, and get in some cardio at least 3 times per week.

    3. Faithful WW attendance. This one hasn't really been a problem for me, but I felt I needed to give myself a goal I knew I could succeed at.
  • I'm In!
    OK, my three:

    1) Get back on program and work to rid myself of the Holiday weight that I put on.
    2) Start staying for meetings instead of just going and weighing in.
    3) Get back into my exercise routine.
  • I am so in!!!

I like all of your goals! Very good ones!

    Here are mine:

    1. stop eating out so much (only once a week), cook healthy at home.
    2. journal
    3. start walking every day
    4. I would like to lose 20 pounds by June.

    We can do this girls!!
  • Here are January goals:

    1. Buy groceries and bring lunches daily.
    2. Find ways to anti-stress about mom/house situation.
    3. Go to the gym 3x/week.

    That's enough for this month.....
  • Hi Girls - I know I'm not around much anymore but I've put on about 8lbs (since I was regular on the board) and I don't like it so I'd like to join in your challenge.

    1) Journal!
    2) Drink 75oz of water per day.
    3) Get some exercise 6 days per week (even if it is only 20 minutes!)

    Happy New Year to All.
  • Hey! This seems like a great idea! I guess my three are...

    * Start Excersizeing
    * Journal
    * Cut Back On Junk Food

Good luck with your goals girlies !
  • I'd like to join too, even though I am not a regular here like the rest of you seem to be! Here are my January Goals:
    1.Exercise at least 4 times a week.

    3.Stay for all weekly meetings.

  • Hey everyone! I just thought I'd update to see how everyone is doing on their goals. I am doind good on my excersizing one. I have started some moves. Not many, but I'm starting slow so I don't over do it. I even got weights! I've also been cutting back on the junk food, but journaling is still hard. Anyone have any ideas to make it easier to remember/fill out? Good luck and keep at those goals!
  • Becky,
I try to write down everything before I eat it, otherwise I forget about it!
Exercise is going good for me, as is journaling and staying on pts. I am going to look for some new recipes to try as soon as I finish here!
    Tara
  • I'll join too!

    1. Drink a lot more water.
    2. Exercise 5 times a week.
    3. Make sure I get enough vegetables/fruits daily.

I just started my weight loss journey and this is my first post on 3fc!

  • Hey all! How is everyone doing on their goals for the month? I am happy with myself- am journaling, staying for meetings, and have managed to find exercises that I can do with the baby! Instead of trying new recipes I have decided to make some new ones on my own- has been going well!
Hope you are all doing great too!
