Default Happy New Year:)

I hope everyone is doing well this morning. Since I was the DD, I have no hang over. I went to a party filled with people I hadn't met before, but it was nice.

I hope everyone has a smashing 2003.

Take care!

Ali

Hi gals!

I had the most wonderful Christmas! It wasn't as hectic as we'd imagined & we felt like we really got to visit everyone rather than just be at the same places. Plus I barely saw my troublesome brother with us both having the families of our SOs to see too so we didn't even fight & things we didn't have any drama for once! When we came home though we were totally bagged. Every night we were gone we slept in different beds & they were all pretty uncomfortable & we had terrible sleeps. I've been fighting some kind of infection too. I have really swollen lymph & a cold sore. My energy level is way down too so in between work I have been really trying to take it easy. Last night we had another couple over & played games & ate a whole bunch! It was really fun. We went to bed at 2:30am. Poor DH had to work at 8 this morning. I hope he's not too tired. As for eating over the holidays I didn't evven think twice about controlling myself but I only gained one pound so that's good. My friend & I have decided to be each other's coach & encourager. We are going to start getting together once a week to really keep ourselves focused on how we can accomplishour goals. It will be our own little support system.

For 2003 my goals are:

-stick to our budget
-stop eating out so much & start cooking at home & meal planning
-stop being so letting my emotions rule my eating
-decrease debt load
-continue to build my practice & do more in the community to educate people about the benefits of massage
-change lifestyle eating habits
-make exercise a regular partof my life

Wow it sounds like a lot when you put it on "paper"

Anyway I've got a ton of laundry to do so I should go be a little productive. I'm so glad that I rushed around to get house clean before we went away! Happy New Year Everyone!
