Ok, so not really a good excuse. To be honest, my eating has been bad, bad, bad half the month of July. On good note, Monday will be my weigh in and that will be 1 day shy of 2 weeks that I've been OP. I just wanted to come back with some good news instead of the "I ate too much when Jenna was here, went to Seattle and continued the same" blues. So even though I don't have a loss to post today, I will come Monday.I've missed being here and since I'm really doing good these last 'almost' 2 weeks, it's time for me to come 'see' my friends and stop disappearing from y'all all the time.
I haven't read through all the posts but will. If we have anyone who is new, please let me know. Have a great Saturday. It feels so good to be "home".

after having lost 3.6 the week before. But TOM was visiting and I was feeling bloated, so I won't kick myself too much. I think I should show a loss this week. I'm off Friday, this is the weekend we go upstate with the whole family (practically) to celebrate Willie's birthday. So, I'm gonna find an early morning meeting so I don't miss wi, good or bad.
