I went back to weigh in last Sat. 155 pounds. Pretty much the same as last fall. However, my BP is way up. So I'm on a new med and also on HRT. I've been using the Nautilus machines. And doing lots of walking.
Has anyone out there heard of or used the DASH diet that the National Health Institute puts out? I have a copy that I will study later tonight, but it's alot like WW with EXTRA VEGGIES! And it's been proven to lower BP. I'll keep you posted. Thanks for being there to provide the extra motivation for me.
